To facilitate a smooth onboarding to our reliable and high-performance varvis® software and this step-by-step walk-through will ensure you make the most out of it.

Step 1: Contact form submission

Begin by filling out our contact form and providing key details about your needs. This step allows us to better understand your requirements and tailor our approach to your specific challenges.

Step 2: Schedule a demo presentation

Following the contact form submission, our dedicated international sales team will reach out to you to schedule a personalized demo. This live demo is usually held online and will convey the features and functionalities of the varvis® software, giving you a direct insight into how our software can address your needs. Ask questions, seek clarification about features, and discuss how the varvis® software can be configured to align with your workflow. We are happy to communicate with you in any of the five major European languages (English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian). Just let us know your preference and we will guide you through every aspect of the software.

Step 3: Account setup and trial phase

To prepare for a free trial of our software, the first step is to set up a trial account. Simply fill out our “varvis® Onboarding Questionnaire” and we will do the rest. Once the trial account is set up according to your preferences, you’ll receive instructions to upload up to 80 analyses. Following the introductory training, you’ll have 14 calendar days to test the software.

Step 4: QC Feedback and workflow optimization

After experiencing all varvis® software features during the trial phase, you’ll have the opportunity to transition seamlessly into becoming a valued varvis® customer. We prioritize quality control (QC) feedback and workflow optimization to enhance your experience every step of the way, with dedicated support for a fluent migration, reduced downtime, and quick adaptation to standardized processes. With the varvis® software, you can speed up your diagnostic processes by exploring the configuration options and settings of the software together with our customer support team.

Step 5: Validation reports

We put great emphasis on the validation process and it is therefore per default part of our onboarding process for our new customers. Customers simply have to sequence appropriate reference samples (GiaB consortium samples) for SNV validation. The CNV validation typically requires a customized approach depending on the targeted regions and the available orthogonal reference methods. Afterwards, the varvis® team generates detailed validation reports that can be part of your laboratory quality management system, meaning you are all set up, even before starting your laboratory routine diagnostics.

Step 6: Training and support

We understand the importance of ongoing support and training. Therefore, you will also have free access to our varvis® Academy where we provide step-by-step guides and video tutorials. Additionally, for a deeper understanding of software’s capabilities, you can explore our YouTube channel where we regularly upload recordings of webinars and supplementary content. Furthermore, the international customer support team is always available to answer questions, guide through the process, and provide tailored recommendations based on your needs and goals.
